This policy covers the marketing site at withpilot.io. The Pilot application at app.withpilot.io has additional terms presented at signup.
What we collect
- Email addresses you submit to download printable planners or receive our email course. We record the page you signed up from so we can send relevant content.
- Usage analytics — privacy-respecting, aggregate page analytics (page views, referrers, approximate region). We do not use advertising trackers or sell data.
- Tool inputs — the free tools (plan generator, score calculator) run in your browser; what you type into them is not stored on our servers unless you explicitly save a plan to a Pilot account.
How we use it
- To deliver the content you requested (planners, email course).
- To send occasional product updates you can opt out of in one click.
- To understand which pages are useful, in aggregate.
What we don't do
- We never sell or rent personal data.
- We don't run third-party advertising trackers.
- We don't email you without an unsubscribe link.
Data retention & your rights
Unsubscribe removes you from all marketing email immediately. To have your email deleted from our systems entirely, or to request a copy of data we hold about you, email hello@withpilot.io — we action requests within 30 days. EU/UK visitors: our lawful basis for processing signup emails is consent; for analytics, legitimate interest.
