You may browse the site, use the free tools, and download the free assets for personal or internal business use. You may not scrape the site at scale, republish substantial portions of its content without attribution and a link, or misrepresent Pilot content as your own or as affiliated with you.
Templates and downloads
Free templates and printable planners are licensed for your personal or internal business use. You may share them with your team or clients; you may not resell them or redistribute them as part of a paid product.
Free tools
The free tools are provided as-is, without warranty. Generated plans are starting points, not professional advice — review them before relying on them.
Intellectual property
The site's design, copy, and software are © Pilot. Third-party trademarks, including 12 Week Year®, belong to their respective owners — see our disclaimer.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pilot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or its free assets. Our total liability in connection with the site is limited to $100.
