The weekly scorecard

One number that tells you the truth about your week

The weekly execution score — completed tactics ÷ planned tactics — is the metric every other goal app is missing. Pilot computes it automatically and colors your whole quarter by it.

Measure execution, not just results

Results lag — by the time revenue tells you the quarter failed, it's over. Execution leads: you know every Friday whether you did the things that produce the result. Score ≥85% most weeks and the lag measures follow; score less and you know in week 2, not week 12.

≥ 85% — on track
70–84% — watch it
60–69% — at risk
< 60% — intervene

Scoring takes two minutes, not an evening

Your tactics are already checked off from the week — the score computes itself. Friday's job is just to look at it honestly, note what blocked the misses, and set next week's commitments. Pilot's weekly review flow walks you through exactly that.

Twelve weeks on one screen

The sprint scoreboard shows every week's score side by side, so trends are impossible to miss: three yellow weeks in a row is a plan problem, not a willpower problem. Teams get the same view per member, rolled up to a team average.
